- To provide a framework for everyone to enjoy the activity in whatever capacity and to whatever level the individual desires.
- To make the club accessible to all, including those who have been under represented in the past.
Implementation
- Appointment to positions within Waldringfield Sailing Club and the Training School will be made on the basis of an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience and competences required for the role.
- Reasonable adjustments will be made to allow everyone to participate in sailing and training activities. There may be some activities that are not
suitable for everyone due to the nature of the activity or for the safety of participants. - WSC reserves the right to discipline any of its members, instructors or participants, who practise any form of discrimination in breach of this policy.
